Upon arriving, we were welcomed with exceptional hospitality and shown to our luxurious room. the high-end amenities provided in the room, including the exclusive Spa lounge, surpassed all of our expectations. the indoor swimming pool, sauna, and Turkish bath were meticulously pristine, providing a completely relaxing stay. the restaurant inside this hotel had a great menu featuring local cuisine and the talented chefs did not disappoint in their preparation.

The garden area had limited sun loungers, and at times it was difficult to find a free spot. Despite this minor issue, the hotel staff were accommodating and provided us with beach umbrellas.

The hotel’s thermal and indoor pools are amazing for a relaxing weekend getaway. The reception staff was very friendly and helpful, even offering airport pickup services before check-in. Another plus is the delicious and varied breakfast buffet, with options for every palate.

The hotel's Wi-Fi is unreliable and often slow, making it difficult to stay connected. Additionally, the cleaning staff can be inattentive, as evidenced by a plate of leftover food that remained in the hallway for the entire duration of our stay. Finally, the restaurant staff could use some customer service training, as they sometimes seemed uninterested in assisting us with our requests. Despite the downsides, the hotel is still a great choice for those seeking a spa experience and a quiet weekend away.

Despite the hotel's location being somewhat remote, the food was quite good, and the rooms were comfortable. the hotel was conveniently located near my place of business, which made travel easy. the staff was also competent and helpful.

I had a wonderful stay in this hotel. The thermal and indoor pool was amazing and truly relaxing. The reception staff was proactive and helped me arrange for transportation from the airport. The hotel facilities were very clean and well-maintained. The breakfast was great and there were plenty of options. The staff was very friendly and welcoming.

Couldn't find any faults at all.

The hotel has a decent view and is located near Pamukkale. the room was comfortable, but the bathroom needed some work. the breakfast was good, but the service was below average. the swimming pool and thermal baths were enjoyable, but the spa staff wasn't friendly.

The hotel's location is isolated and there is nothing to do outside the premises.
